Daily Self-Care Support
Our self-care services are flexible, respectful, and adapt to your circumstances as they change. Support includes:
- Overnight, weekend, and short-term accommodation
- In-home and domestic assistance, including personal care and household tasks
- Personal hygiene support — bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and menstrual care
- Toileting, bladder, and bowel management
- Diabetes management and mealtime assistance
- Support with aids, appliances, hearing devices, and communication tools
- Wound management, splint application, and injection assistance
